Glass is half of every door we make, so Bifold UAE runs its own glass works in Al Quoz, Dubai. We cut, toughen, laminate and double-glaze to size for our bifold, sliding and frameless doors, and supply and install stand-alone glass for homes and businesses across the UAE.

Glass for doors and windows

• Toughened safety glass — 6 mm to 12 mm, breaks into small blunt pieces; standard in every door and window we make.
• Double glazing — 6+12+6 mm sealed units with argon fill as standard; thicker cavities and triple glazing on request.
• Low-E and solar-control glass — cuts heat gain and glare on sunny elevations without a dark tint; the single most effective upgrade for cooling bills in Dubai.
• Laminated and acoustic glass — two panes bonded with an interlayer for security, UV filtering and noise reduction near roads.
• Tinted, reflective and frosted glass — daytime privacy and a cooler interior.
• Switchable smart glass — clear or opaque at the flick of a switch, for meeting rooms and bathrooms.
